Class #2 was cupcake decorating. Silly me woke up Saturday morning baking homemade vanilla cupcakes. I'll never do that again. Not only did I attend my regular class, I also signed up for a one day Cupcake course. So it was double everything for me!!! Anyway, I don't have much to say except I'm learning a lot and I had fun.
