Happy (belated) Mother's Day

A day late isn't too bad I suppose...lol. I wanted to show you all my mom's cake that I made her yesterday.  I know, I know...I need practice applying fondant, but this was my first time and a learning curve.  It was interesting because not only did I cut it to short and leave a fold, I accidentally created a small tear 😡. As I say with everything, practice makes perfect.
